EAP Program Design and Implementation

Longview Associates, Inc. offers custom EAP programs that benefit both the leadership and the employees of corporations and non-profit organizations. For managers and executives the EAP consultant offers information and guidance on how to address employee issues, including workplace performance and productivity problems. For the employee, the EAP offers strategies and solutions for personal problems and workplace issues. The EAP is available to employees as well as their significant others and family members.

Employee Orientation and Management Training
Integral to our EAP services is an ongoing program of orientations and trainings to increase awareness of the EAP.

365 days, 24 hour, Toll Free
Employees and managers can access the EAP 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, via a toll free number. Callers are connected to a licensed professional consultant who immediately begins to address the problem at hand.

Assessment, Short Term Problem Resolution and Referral
For employees and their families, the EAP is a confidential starting place for change. During an in person meeting the consultant will evaluate the situation and provide assistance, recommendations and referrals to appropriate resources as needed. If ongoing professional assistance is necessary, referrals are made to providers within the employee's insurance plan whenever possible.

Management Consultation
For managers and executives we offer immediate, comprehensive consultation on employee performance problems. Our years of experience working with a broad spectrum of companies and organizations enables us to provide skilled guidance and direct intervention when needed.

Wellness Seminars
Wellness seminars are offered as a part of each EAP contract. Managers and employees benefit from thought provoking and useful programs on such topics as "Adapting To Change", "Stress Management" and "Conflict Resolution".

Organizational Consultation and Training Seminars
Our experts can offer specialized training programs such as Sexual Harassment
Prevention Training
, Violence Prevention in the Workplace and Drug Free Workplace (DFWP) as well as consultation on such topics as Managing Organizational Change.

Trauma Response Services
In the event of critical incidents such as national disasters, industrial accidents and workplace violence, Longview Associates Inc. offers a wide range of trauma
response services including on-site Critical Incident Stress Debriefings (CISD).

Newsletters

This quarterly newsletter provides managers with timely advice on current workplace issues. In addition, each newsletter highlights a facet of the EAP program.


Our monthly employee newsletter encourages EAP utilization by providing
useful information on a variety of wellness related topics.

EAP Program Utilization Reports
Each of our client companies receives an annual report. While protecting employee confidentiality, these reports provide management with valuable information regarding EAP usage.
